McDonald's McTakeover Scheduled
Vaughn has a scheduled McTakeover: May 22nd is our date to have dinner ala McDonald's on Borgen Blvd in Gig Harbor! This is always such a fun social and dinner event, and also an opportunity to help provide funds toward Fifth Grade Camp.

BOOKFAIR BONUS
Beginning May 12 and continuing through June 1, Vaughn families will be able to purchase books from Vaughn's on-line bookfair site. To look over some of the selection of titles or to watch a video about some of the books, take a few minutes to log on to scholastic.com/schoolbookfairs. |

Book Exchange
It is time to clean out your bookshelves, closets, and participate in our book exchange. In June, the library will host the Second Annual book Exchange. Mrs. Van is asking students and families to donate books they no longer want. Whether a student brings books or not, the goal is for each student to choose one book, and those students bring in more books get to take extra books from the book exchange. Any questions, call 530-4721. |
